Depending on your contact’s industry and role, here are some tools (more closer to methods) I’ve found successful:
- Standard email and call outreach (take your time to craft an excellent voicemail script)
- LinkedIn connection/social DMs (don’t go for the sales kill–the prospect probably isn’t there yet)
- Blog comments/community forums (good if your contact authors articles/blogs)
- Direct mail (what you send should match your contact’s lifecycle stage––for instance, sending a gift card to MQLs that gets activated if they complete a demo)
- Tradeshows (start by researching if your contact’s company will be there)
Hi everyone, I prefer emails.

Hello! Hubspot and Linkedin!
Hi all, I like connecting and communicating through Vidyard, video is a great way to explain and get your point across rather than just sending an email.
Hi!!!
Microsoft Teams is a great way to connect internally. Social Media usually for external.
Chatbot is a great tool Kyle!!!1

i’ve always found lusha to be a pretty reliable tool when I have been using Linkedin to prospect.
Although Hubspot’s tools are working wonders for my growth, the best tool for me is still voice calls (video conference also). A lot of times you can feel and comprehend a persons passion or desire when they speak.
hello
Slack is one of my favorites! Connecting with colleagues and partners in different organizations is so easy!
