How do I sync Hubspots email with Mail application on MAC

Hi,

I experience problem synchronising emails sent from Hubspot with the application “Mail” on the Macbook of one of my colleagues.

It works on mine (same config apparently), but cannot manage to get it to work on hers.

Could you help ?

I wanted to refer you to the requirements for installing the HubSpot Sales Extension. Can you confirm your colleague’s email host and client meet the requirements, please? Can you also tell us which troubleshooting steps you have taken and specify if you’re colleague are running into an issue with logging or tracking emails?
