Hi @Barronis10,

One option is to create a segment: Create segments

Add a filter, then under properties find “Lifecycle stage” and specify customer.

Alternatively, under Menu > CRM > Contacts / Companies, there is also a filter option (Advanced filters) right above the table that lets you do the same. Create and manage saved views

In HubSpot, Lifecycle stage is usually a contact (or company) property, not a free-form tag. Worth checking which one you mean:

A) Lifecycle stage (Lead, MQL, Customer, etc.)

  1. Contacts → Advanced filters (or a saved view).

  2. Contact properties → Lifecycle stage → is any of → pick the stage(s).

  3. Save as a view so the team can reuse it.

B) An actual tag / custom multi-checkbox you named something like “lifecycle tag”

  1. Same Contacts filters, but choose that custom property instead of Lifecycle stage.

  2. If it is a company-level field, filter Companies first, or use a contact filter on the associated company property.

Also:

- Global search at the top is weak for “everyone in stage X.” Use a filtered view or a list/segment.

- If Marketing Hub lists are available, Active list with Lifecycle stage = X is the durable version for workflows and reports.

If you can paste whether you see Lifecycle stage under Contact properties or only a custom tag name, we can point to the exact filter.

  • Lifecycle stages aren’t usually a contact or company property, they’re always a contact or company property, shipped as a default.
  • Segments aren’t Marketing Hub exclusive, they come in all products and plans.
