How do I fix 'Please try booking your meeting again' error in HubSpot?

How do I fix this? Their AI [bleep]!

This error shows up when the booking submission fails rather than the link being broken so the fact that it still shows the “email Jim directly” fallback means the meeting page itself is fine, so it’s likely one of these:

If you’re the person trying to book: try it in an incognito/private window with ad blockers off, and clear your browser cache (all time, not just the last hour). Blocked third-party cookies are the most common cause on the booker side.

If it’s your meeting link: the most common root cause is the connected calendar dropping its authorization. Go to Settings → General → Calendar and disconnect/reconnect the calendar tied to that meeting link. That reauthorizes the token HubSpot uses to write the event.

If that doesn’t work do you mind adding some context:

  1. Are you the one booking a meeting, or is this your own meeting link that you’re testing?
  2. Does it fail for everyone, or just on one device/browser?
  3. Did anything change recently? Maybe calendar reconnected, link edited, new integration added?

Wanted to say welcome to the Community @johnnysprks! I’ve seen the error a time or two, and it typically fixes itself with a cache clearing and restart. It looks like you’ve got the resources I’d usually share as well. Hopefully that all helps!
