How can I identify the internal owner within the University responsible for managing info.stjohns.edu and blog.stjohns.edu?
I suspect that is not an easy thing to do. Have you tried contacting the University?
I work at the university, and we do not who are trying to identify the Point of contact. Hoping HubSpot can provide that information
Do you have access to www.stjohns.edu in HubSpot? The URLs you’re looking for may be subdomains. If so, you could find them under Settings > Tools > Content > Domains & URLs. If that doesn’t work, try HubSpot Support: (888) 482-7768.

This might require a bit of digging depending on your portal access. @RNoll’s suggestion about checking Settings > Tools > Content > Domains & URLs is a good starting point if those subdomains are connected to your portal.
If you don’t see them there then your IT team may be your best resource as its possible these subdomains could only be visible within your DNS Provider’s settings.
