how do i change where my meetings are put in a pipeline?

when someone books a meeting with me via ‘meetings’ it automatically creates a deal in one of my pipelines.

ideally if it has to do this then i would like to create a meetings pipeline so they all go in there but cant see where i change that?

can anyone help?

Hi @PGray05,

By default, HubSpot is not creating deals or moving deals into specific pipelines or stages when a meeting is booked. This is a custom automation set up by a user in your HubSpot portal

To find and change this automation, navigate to the contact record of the person who booked the meeting. You can then filter the timeline activity to only show workflows. Find the workflow that started around the time when the meeting was booked. In this workflow, you could then change the pipeline.

If you don’t find anything on the contact record, check the deal record associated with the contact and do the same here: search for the workflow that might be making these changes.
