How do I change our Domain Name?

I just need to change my company’s domain name from http://www.cmtlaboratory.com/ to http://www.agrisciencelabs.com.

How do I do that?

In sum:

  • Navigate in HubSpot Sales to Settings.
  • Click into CRM Configuration.
  • Click into the company domain section and enter your domain.

When I do that, I get an error:

“Unable to save settings at this time.”

@hmwith I think that error might have been due to the fact that you had added the http protocol nbefore the URL -- the CRM does not seem to accept this URL format. In any case, I went ahead and changed it for you in your portal, so you should be all set! :slightly_smiling_face:

  • Click into the company domain section and enter your domain.

Hello, I have followed your instructions however when I click on “CRM Configuration” the page just seems to hang and I am not presented with anything.

I have moved domains from DESM.com to nexo.com.au

Hi @nexo, please try clearing your cache, restarting your browser, and trying again. You can also try logging into HubSpot from another browser, and trying again. If this does not resolve your issue, let me know. -May
