I am changing jobs at the end of this week and would like to transfer my certifications to my personal email address.
The type of Hubspot account I had is no longer available, so I created a new account using Marketing Free, as it says to do here: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/Marketing-Product-Support/Change-email-address-on-my-account/m-p/4954/highlight/false#M459
However, on my new account, I have not been able to figure out how to transfer my certifications. I have searched discussions in the Hubspot Community forum but have not found any directions on how to do so. Can you help me?
