How do I automate pushing activity data to google sheets?

I want HS to populate a new row with activity data (call type, associated company, call outcome) automatically every time a new activity is logged. I tried using Zapier and the Google Sheets integration, but it looks like neither can transfer activiy data.

Hi @ABindal

You should be able to do this using Zapier:

  • Zap Trigger on HubSpot Engagement: Type=Call
  • If you want to log the Contact Name, Company name etc - fetch those records from HubSpot too, based on the Object IDs in the trigger
  • Log whatever you want from that activity, in the Google Sheet

does that suit?
