How did Hubspot build Marketing Plan Generator?

I’m new to Hubspot, and I want to build something like What is a marketing plan & how to write one [+ examples] (similar to https://www.hubspot.com/the-next-five.)

Looks like it’s built with COS, but is it all custom? It’s sort of a quiz, but not quite – Does anyone know of integrations that could help with this? I know Typeform can handle the quiz part, but what about the output at the end on the confirmation page, showing the results and having a downloadable CSV. Looks like WebMerge might help?

Although there are some differences, this does look very much like other typeforms HubSpot has used. They have used WebMerge in the past to compile results into an output format.
