I have been sending emails via Gmail using the hubspot extension, i don’t have privacy settings enabled and I dont live in GDPR. I also have log and track enabled. Yet I am not able to view who has opened my email and nor can I track my link clicks. I am new to hubspot and have been seeking support from different users of the platform as well as contacted sales support. However, I am not receiving an answer outside of these settings that I have already taken care of. Any support would be super helpful.

As mentioned, my privacy settings are turned off- so it should not impact tracking. I have already gone through this article earlier and I am not able to receive a solution to resolve this..
