as John suggested this could be done with Custom objects to fit exactly to what you want.
But if you need to continue working on PRO licences
you put all the information in a deal or in the comapny, as properties (contract start and end dates, contract number, license number if any, how many licenses were obtained, what kind of licenses they were)
and then you can try out the new Customer Success workspace.
In this space, deals a created automatically from a Contract end date…and you can work up renewals from there.
This is a public Beta that you can try
