I have been using HubSpot Sales & CRM for 2 weeks. I am using the Gmail extension. I would like to see how many emails I have sent in total through Hubspot. Is there a way for it?

You can see that data through Reporting → Analytics Tools → Sales Analytics → Completed Activities.
I would set the filters to be just you as a Rep and the Activity as Emails.
