How can I see details on a request with the request ID ?

I want to see more details about a request based on the request ID. Is that possible?

Hey @velles, As much as I know, HubSpot doesn’t have a native feature that allows you to directly view details about a specific request using a request ID. However, if you’re referring to support tickets or customer inquiries, HubSpot’s ticketing system might be what you’re looking for.

Here’s a potential approach that you can follow to do the same:

  1. Use Custom Properties: If you’re using the HubSpot CRM, you can create custom properties to store additional information about a request. For example, you could create a custom property called “Request Details” or “Request Notes” where you can manually input the details of each request. This way, when you search for a contact or company in HubSpot, you can quickly access the custom property to see more details about their request.
  2. Utilize Tickets: HubSpot’s ticketing feature is designed to help you track and manage customer inquiries, issues, and requests. You could create a ticket for each request, and within the ticket, you can store detailed information, comments, and updates related to that specific request.
  3. Third-Party Integrations: Depending on the nature of your requests, you might be using specific tools or systems to manage requests. If these tools integrate with HubSpot, you might be able to sync request details or link to specific requests. Integrations like Zapier or Integromat can often facilitate such connections.
  4. API Customization: If you have development resources, you could build a custom solution using HubSpot’s API. This would allow you to retrieve and display detailed information based on a request ID.
  5. Check for Updates: HubSpot’s features and capabilities continue to evolve. I recommend regularly checking HubSpot’s official documentation, community forums, or reaching out to their support to see if new features have been introduced that might better suit your needs.

Hope this helps, feel free to contact if more help is needed.
All the best, Cheers!
