I have a duplicate contact with 2 different email addresses (1 professional and 1 personal). There are email exchanges with both.
How can I merge both of these contacts so that both sets of email exchanges will be combined? From HS support, it seems that 1 set of email exchanges will override the other. Is this correct?
Is there are a 3rd party tool to merge them?
Also, when merging, the new contact should have both email addreses, is that correct?
Yes, I have read the HS knowledge article below, but I did not find the answer.
Thanks.

Hey, go to the contact that you want to keep like principal, then go to actions andclick on Merger, search the contact to make the merge and that’s all. All the info and activity are going to have in the same contact.
Example:
Contact that I want to keep it like the principal has the domain “idioma”.
No really but checking I found this HubSpot Deduplication & Integration Tools | Insycle maybe works for you. Or another way is to export all the data a make a search v in Excel to check and import with the number of ID, but this depends on your number of contacts because would takes a lot of time.
Connected to this, is there any way to do it at scale? I’ve analyzed my CRM and found that I have 200 leads that are duplicates. Aprox between the 200 leads, they form 80 groups of duplicates. I have them grouped in a csv file, and even selected which will be the lead in each group that’s mantained as the original. How can I do it?
If not possible, I guess I can just erase the leads that I’ve flagged as dupliates. What do you think?
