how can i map my database keys with hubspot keys

i want to map my public app keys with hubspot keys so user has to map once like salesforce app how to achieve it

Hi @vidit

Typically we add a new Custom Property to the Object (e.g. Contact) that relates to the Primary Key of the Object in the other system.

And, we also add the HubSpot Object ID in the other system so we can relate the Objects in both directions.

You canmap the Primary Key of your other system when you import the data into HubSpot.

All of this works on a Free HubSpot Plan.
