In HubSpot, I want to use “Hosted by” field in meeting log to count logged meeting per location.
Please help me how to build this?
Currently using “Ateendees” field, but when adding multiple user there it gives duplicate count. (if there are 3 ateendee, expectation is 1 meeting but it reports as 3 meetings). Therefore want to count meeting by “Hosted by”.

Hey @M0nna there’s not really any customisations available for meetings in HubSpot unfortunately, this might be something to add to the feature request list!
The only workaround I could think of would be to have a custom contact or deal property (depending on how you’re using meetings) for “meeting hosted by”, which could be popultated by a user after the meeting.
However, I’m curious as to what you’re measuring here, are you just trying to measure the amount of meetings booked? If so, why do you need to measure attendees too? How would having a single user change your statistics from the general meetings booked stats?
Hi @TomM2 , thank you for the information! I wanted to measure the number of where team member has completed, with names of business stakeholders they had meeting with. When using attendee function in meeting, HubSpot seems to treat each person added as a separate meeting. After posting here, I realized the meeting number is counted correctly in dashboard but when drilling down for detail (where shows info in table), it shows one attendee per line. Final goal is to show all attendee list in one column or list in same row.
