How can I link deals to companies without doing it manually one by one?

Hello guys,

I have imported data to Hubspot using sales → deals but the problem data is not linked to companies I have been doing the import twice in deals and companies so the data is available in both but they’re not linked what can i do so that they will be synchronized

For deals to associate with companies, you need to import both at the same time: Format import files

You can find example import files for importing multiple objects at once under the link above. The HubSpot import wizard will guide you through importing companies and deals at the same time.

Be careful however; if you have imported companies already, a repeated import will create company duplicates. You need to either delete the existing companies first or export them and include their record ID in the new import. Only with the record ID can HubSpot update existing companies (instead of creating duplicates).
