An org I am affiliated with has assigned my email address to an instance of hubspot. I manage one of their communities. I want to set up an instance for the use of my company and my business with that email address. How do I do this?

You can have multiple HubSpot portals using the same email.
Simply sign up for another free or paid account and you will then be able to toggle between those accounts, which looks something like this.
