HI All, How do we prevent all the notes that a deactivated user created from going away?

Here is an article “Remove HubSpot users” where it is mentioned that a deactivated user will no longer be able to log in or access the account, but their user profile and associated data will remain for reporting and forecasting.
When you mention “notes”, I believe you are refering to the activity notes on a contact record. Please let me know if that’s not the case.

You don’t lose their notes; HubSpot keeps all activity even after a user is deactivated.
