I’m looking to make an integration between HubSpot Appointments and my AfterSales(AS) software.
The idea is that any and all appointments in HubSpot are also reflected in my AS software.
My AS software is highly adaptable so I can either make a GET request to HubSpot to obtain the list of appointments and its details to create in my software, or I can use a webhook in HubSpot to call a POST method in my software and create it the moment it is created in HubSpot.
I reviewed the API Documentation but I could not find any information related to Appointments, the closest I found was meetings API but the information in the API is a bit lacking.
Is this integration at all possible?
Thanks for the help!

Appointments are now supported as a standard CRM object in HubSpot’s current APIs, and Appointments support is available in the 2026.09 API version: Appointments API - HubSpot docs
Create a private app and on the webhooks, now you can select the object type Appointment and select the event on which you want to call the webhook. Once the webhook is called, you can create an appointment in your AS Software.
I hope this will help you out. Please mark it as Solution Accepted and upvote to help another Community member.
Thanks!

HubSpot now has documented API support for the Appointments object, so you can use the CRM object APIs to retrieve appointment records and their properties after receiving a webhook: Appointments API - HubSpot docs .
An alternative is, Stacksync is a third-party integration solution that integrates very well with all new HubSpot objects, including Appointments for which it exposes all the information you reference in your message.
Stacksync powers real-time and two-way sync between any of your HubSpot objects and your database, so you entire Appointments data is available from a familiar database interface which you can query (and write to) as you want. Once you sync your HubSpot data to a database with Stacksync, appointments will be available there in a structured format.
From that point, you can:
Use a GET request from your AfterSales software to pull appointments from the synced database.
Or set up a POST request using Stacksync workflows to push new or updated appointments into your system as they happen. Stacksync sync triggers are webhooks that send real-time data to any of your systems and include full Appointments record data + information on exactly which fields have been updated.
