Hey there,
When in a pipeline for tickets (or deals for that matter), we can apply logic to apply gated properties before moving a ticket to the next stage.
When users skip a stage, the skipped stage properties disappear and are not mandatory to fill out anymore in a later stage. In order to catch it, you must add those properties to all stages. But for those users who use all the stages, this becomes a nuisance as they see the same properties pop-up at every stage, even if they are already completed.
Do you know if there is a way to hide those properties so they don’t show up once they’ve been filled out already? One would assume that with the filter “is known” in so many places, this would be possible to add into the logical condition of the form.
Help (or workarounds) would be greatly appreciated as many of our HubSpot users and clients encounter this issue daily!
