How can I fix Microsoft users not receiving verification codes in HubSpot?

Dear Supporter,

We have many users could not login with Microsoft.

They could not receive verification code email from HubSpot in Outlook.

Member: [email 1], [email 2], [email 3]

Please help to unbounce user’s email account.

This is a community of volunteers that do not have access to your portal.

I see you tagged this as “Enterprise” so I would recommend reaching out to HubSpot Support and remove people’s emails from this public forum.
