I want to get a list of unsubscribers from a specific subscription “X”.
I’m unable to use “unsubscribed from” filter because that also includes people who unsubscribed from everything, including people may have never previously subscribed into X.
I’ve got an active segment of current subscribers, but no snapshot of X’s historical subscribers. Is there a way of achieving this?

In an active segment, you can use this filter:
This lets you access the subscription status for each subscription type.
Alternatively, there are default “Opted out” properties where you can filter for “has ever been any of”:
If you combine these filters with something like “Last marketing email name has ever contained any of [put here a keyword that was in the internal title of every one of your emails that you sent to your subscribers, such as “Newsletter”]”, then you get previous subscribers who are now unsubscribed. Alternatively, there also properties like “Last marketing email send date” that you can reference.
@Techy247 there are no filters for “Contact property history” or “Email optic-out”, neither is it possible to filter in segments by contacts where the subscription status changed from one value to another. Please don’t share misleading information. Lastly, there isn’t a way to filter if someone has ever been a member of a segment.
