How can I display who did not fill out a form?

Hi,

I want to target certain titles that should have signed up to our cloud but have not done it yet. When I try to select the form, I only have the option of displaying those that filled it out but how can I display those that have NOT filled it out?

I really don’t want to go through Salesforce to build lists but utilise Hubspot a lot more for this.

Hi @CGreibig,

One option would be a list of contacts who submitted a form – and then creating a second list of contacts who are not in the first list (filter List membership > is not a member of). This second list would then contain all contacts who have not submitted the form.
