Is there any tools or add-in’s that I can use to create reusable checklists?

Depends on how exactly you’d like to use them but HubSpot has a little-known checklist tool built-in: Manage onboarding to-do lists with checklists
You can create project ( = checklist) templates.

Is there a way to create a checklist “section” to add to a deal? Basically, a way to check off important steps to close a deal and deliver. Or is using tasks the only way?
@Laura16 - hi, I have the same requirement of adding a checklist of steps to a deal. Just wondering if the projects tool was a viable option and if you could share how you made it work for you? At the moment I am using multiple properties with yes/no responses but the team is not amenable to that solution. thanks!

- You can create a sequence of tasks related to a deal, which can be checked off as completed.
These tasks can be associated with the specific deal and will show up in the record’s activity timeline.
- You could use playbooks: it let you embed interactive guides/checklists within records, and you can check items as you go.
