How can I create custom properties for different pipelines?

Hi,
I see a lot of posts discussing the board and card view.
Can someone help me with creating custom properties? I have two pipelines for 2 different products. The offering is completely different so the properties are different as well.
I can’t seem to get customized properties for each though. Whenever I go to edit the properties for 2nd pipeline, I get an overall edit option, which will change properties in the 1st pipeline too.

Hi @RidaZaidi

Can you include a screenshot or two of what exactly it is you are trying to do and where?

Generally speaking, properties are object based, so in the case Deal Properties. There are no specific pipeline properties, you can however make different properties mandatory for different pipelines.

Hi,
Right now, I am getting properties for deals. You are right.
However, I can’t seem to associate properties of the deal in a particular pipeline.
Pipeline 1 has Deal Source, Deal Type, for example. Pipeline 2 has Subscription type, subscription time, and subscription model.
How can I make sure only the right properties are shown on card in a particular pipeline whenever the team creates a new deal?
PS. Apologies but I don’t know what screenshots can help here.

Hi @RidaZaidi

You can customise the deal create form as per this article.

In your case I would work with conditional properties based of which pipeline a deal is being created for.

Screenshots are generally helpful to understand where a user is in the system and what they are doing, which in turn helps with troubleshooting.

Hi @RidaZaidi,

When you customize the ticket record view, you should be seeing this:

Once you add additional cards to the left sidebar, you can set them to be conditional and this should reflect correctly. If it isn’t, I’d recommend reaching out to support in-app directly.

If you’re referring to the deal create form, you can set conditional logic by following the steps here:
