How can I create a stepped form within a CTA pop-up form?

We want to create a CTA pop-up form to survey exit intent on our website.

There are three questions, and we would like each to appear on it’s own “Page”.

How would this be possible?

Hi @LFHardy multi-step forms aren’t currently available in HubSpot for the pop-up CTAs.

There is an open idea currently in planning for multi-step forms. I recommend sharing your feedback there to see if the Product Manager can shed some light as to whether that will include CTA pop-up forms.
