How can I create a report showing % progress towards a deal goal?

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to build a report in HubSpot that shows me the percentage of qualified deals compared to a specific deal goal.

Here’s what I want to achieve:
Let’s say I set a goal of 10 qualified deals. If a BDR has qualified 2 deals, the report should show 0.2 or 20% progress toward the goal — ideally directly in the report.

So far, I haven’t found a way to set a fixed goal number (like 10) within the report and have HubSpot calculate the ratio or percentage dynamically.

I’ve tried using calculated fields, single object reports, and tables, but none of them seem to let me compare deal counts to a manually defined goal inside the report setup.

Has anyone managed to create something like this — or is there a workaround?
