How Can I create a report of all companies with closed won deals?

Hi. I just took over the operation of Hubspot from another person. It is a mess. I need to quickly figure out which companies had a closed won deal in the last year.

That way, I can bring up a report showing all the current clients and target them first as it is always easier to sell to an existing client vs. a non existing client. I have the data in quickbooks, but want to tie it into a dashboard and report.

There is a pre built report in HubSpot called “Closed revenue by month with deal total and closed revenue breakdown”, which should be a good starting point to customise. Alternatively you can built your own custom report with using deal and company objects, a closed date filter (last year or last 12 months) and closed won deal stage filter and then play around with the chart options.

So I suggest to create a custom report in just few steps,

  1. Choose objects deals, companies
  2. Add filter of ‘deal stage’ as ‘All Closed Won’
  3. Add other columns according to you like company name or count of companies
