How can i create a folder for email-marketing from the API?

Hello, im working to integrate marketing emails with API calls, but i can’t find a call to create a folder equivallent to the button call in this image:

I can’t access or list this folder from the API.

Am i missing something?

I can confirm this isn’t a feature. I agree, being able to both list and create folders via the Marketing Email API endpoints would be a valuable and useful addition to our toolkit.
