You might need the help of a developer to get it to look right but there is a standard HubSpot module for that:

Add a listing module of the most popular posts on your blog

sorry i can’t find the “Most popular -all time” in my module list.

do this feature need enterprise plan only?

and currently i’m markting hub professional plan. and also fit on module applies need.

You should be fine to add it. The module is actually called ‘Post listing’ and one of the options within is most popular. Available to Pro customers too.
