I just finished my Digital Marketing Certification but it didn’t include my second name in it. I have already updated my full name on my profile but it still won’t change. Please help. Thank you.

Hi @MiaSrebrnjak, thanks for replying. I went back to view my certificate but it still hasn’t changed. These were the steps that I did: Hubspot Academy → My Learning → Completed → Award Type → View Certificate. Please tell me if there’s something different I need to do. Thank you.

If your certificate still won’t update, could you please toggle the switch on to consent to share personal information? I’ll then be able to check your certificate on the backend.
You’d need to go to Hubspot Academy → My Learning → Completed → Award Type → View Certificate and then click on “Share your achievement”:
