Dear Community,
I’d like to know if there’s any way to include a physical meeting address in the meeting tool. Ideally, it would be the company’s address or any other relevant location we might need for on-site gatherings. If anyone has insights or instructions on how to set that up, I’d really appreciate your guidance.

When you’re creating a meeting link, you can specify the location right here:
In other words, for specific locations, you could simply create location-based meeting links.
If that’s not an option, you can always update the invite after it has been sent out.
There currently aren’t any features that would allow a meeting booker to select a location which then ends up the calendar location field.
