How can free users change their company name in HubSpot?

Is there any help for FREE users? My issue is I USED to work for Glen Kelly Real Estate. I have been away due to family tragedy. I signed up yesterday for a free trial I guess? Somehow it has Glen Kelly Real Estate as my company. I need to change that since I do not work there. Cannot find a solution to do so.

Hi @SDonovan6 and thanks for reaching out to the HubSpot Community!
As a free user, you do have access to support here in the Community :hugs:
To update your company information in HubSpot, you can go to your profile settings and edit your company details.
Here is an article about it: “Update your account name and company information”.
If you’re still seeing the old company name, try logging out and back in after making changes.

If you need more detailed steps or run into any issues, let us know, you’re in the right place for help! :orange_heart:
Have a wonderful day!

Moderator note: I have moved your post for visibility. For reference, here is the thread where you posted originally: "Wrong Company details".

I followed the instructions but it still says Glen Kelly Real Estate under
Account??

Hi @SDonovan6 and thanks for getting back to me!
Can you please share a screenshot of where you see this, please?
Also, let’s invite our Top Experts to this discussion: Hi @karstenkoehler, @franksteiner79 and @danmoyle do you have any tips to share with @SDonovan6, please?
Have a lovely day and thanks so much!

Nevermind false alarm it’s working now. Thanks again You can close this as
solved

Welcome to the Community @SDonovan6! Glad it resolved itself. Sounds ike maybe it was a browser cache issue. That can cause outdated information to display. I often hear the advice, “Clear your cache and cookies, then log out and back into HubSpot.” While it’s annoying, it’s often helpful. Also given HubSpot’s system, if your email is associated with multiple accounts, the old company info might be linked to a different account profile. But in any case, however it’s resolved, it’s great! And like @BérangèreL said, you’re in the right spot for help with a free tier account. We’re all users, and some of us work for partners. So we’re happy to help fellow users!
