How are you handling "inactive account" warnings after a deal is closed? (Seeking feedback)

Hi everyone,

Quick question for the CRM and Sales specialists here.

We’ve noticed a recurring challenge with B2B accounts: Once a deal moves to “Closed Won” (or shifts into account management mode), it’s easy to lose track of client activity. If a customer stops interacting for 30+ days, it often goes unnoticed until it’s too late.

Currently, catching this kind of inactivity in HubSpot requires setting up complex custom reports or workflows.

I’m currently building ChurnScope—a lightweight tool built specifically for HubSpot to automatically detect silent accounts and flag churn risks before they happen.

I’d love to get some perspective from active HubSpot users:

  1. How do you currently track if an existing customer hasn’t had any interaction in 30/60 days?

  2. How do you handle churn prevention in your daily HubSpot workflow right now?

Not selling anything here—just looking for 5 minutes of honest product feedback from people who use HubSpot daily.

If anyone is up for a quick chat or wants to take a look at the prototype, let me know!
