I am looking to move from my MacBook to the iPad and I was wondering if there are any folks that have done this. How would one go about tracking and logging emails that were done by the GMail extension on Chrome previously?

You can download the HubSpot app on your iPad. Or, you can visit hubspot.com in a web browser app, such as safari or chrome.
At the moment it is not possible to track and log emails from the Gmail app for mobile, the current workaround is to use the bcc field with the tracking email address.

An alternative workaround would be to use a third party app (e.g. Threads) which can do this for you automatically and works with the Gmail app for mobile. This article may also be useful.
Wouldn’t recommend it, I’m using HubSpot in Safari browser on iPad and I can’t easily build emails, it’s like HubSpot doesn’t recognise my mouse or my finger touch.
