Holding the pipeline in Ticket and Deal views

Hello!

I am trying to find a way to ‘hold’ the pipeline in CRM views. For instance, we have two Sales Pipelines. I’m trying to keep a view to show ‘All pipelines’ because it is a view that shows all incoming sales regardless of pipeline. However, it keeps switching back to one of the pipelines.

Any thoughts on this? Normally you’d figure this would be a static quick filter you can adjust. Or at least not be there and set as an advanced filter. Kinda annoying when people are suggesting that things aren’t in the system because they don’t realize they are in the wrong pipeline.

Hi there!

Yes, this is a known limitation in HubSpot — the CRM view doesn’t currently “stick” to the All Pipelines setting when you refresh or navigate away. Unfortunately, the pipeline filter resets to a default (usually the first pipeline in the list) and there’s no built-in way to make “All Pipelines” persist across sessions.

Here are a couple of workarounds:

  1. Create a Custom View with Pipeline as a Filter

    • Go to your Deals view → Add filter → Choose “Pipeline” and set it to include all relevant pipelines.
    • Save the view and name it something like “All Sales Pipelines.”
    • Pin it so your team knows where to find it easily.
  2. Set a Default View for the Team

    • In the View settings, make it the default view for your team if you’re an admin — that way, users won’t land on an irrelevant pipeline by mistake.
  3. Educate Team Members

    • Quick training or a pinned note in the CRM can help remind users to check the pipeline filter if they “can’t find” a deal.

Totally agree — it would be great if HubSpot allowed a sticky filter or defaulted to your last used view. You might consider upvoting or submitting this feature idea on the HubSpot Ideas Forum to help prioritize it.

Let me know if you’d like help setting up a system-wide filtered view — our agency Market Minds Creative does this kind of optimization work regularly.

Hope this helps!

Yes. Totally agree it’s annoying. I think Hubspot would describe it as
a ‘feature’ and ‘not a bug’.
I have put a guide together and distributed for impacted team members.
Thank you!
