We have a historical snapshot report we have used to show changes in the total pipeline, which we report out on every week. Until just this past week, this report included Closed Won. Now all of a sudden, it’s not showing Closed Won which is apparently expected behavior as these reports will not include anything closed.
So essentially there’s no way to historically report on changes to Closed Won deals???
Why limit the functionality like this rather than just giving the user the option of what should be included?
