The beta for Importing historical email data is a great idea, but currently only available for Gmail.
When can we have it for Outlook?

HubSpot rarely discloses whether product requests will be fulfilled and if so, when. The best place to receive updates would still be this ongoing request thread where you should comment to signal your interest in Outlook email import: Import Historical Emails
Until then, you’ll have to look into third-party solutions like Threads: HubSpot Marketplace
