AI Scaling is hiring five full-time AI Implementation Consultants and Partner Coaches.
This is primarily a one-on-one coaching role for agency owners, but it requires real implementation experience. You will teach new partners how their agency systems work and occasionally help configure workspaces, CRM pipelines, automated workflows, AI agents, and client solutions.
What you will do
- Coach assigned agency owners through a structured three-month ramp
- Teach nontechnical partners how to use AI Scalingās platform and agent copilots
- Explain CRM pipelines, workflows, automation, AI agents, and B2B sales processes
- Provide asynchronous support through Slack
- Help troubleshoot or configure partner and client workspaces when needed
- Track partner competency, time to first sale, and client satisfaction
What we are looking for
- At least two years of hands-on experience implementing CRM, automation, or AI systems
- Experience as a freelancer, agency owner, agency operator, or implementation specialist
- Working knowledge of HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Airtable, Make, n8n, Zapier, Notion, Monday.com, or similar systems
- Experience building CRM pipelines, automated workflows, or AI agents
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and the ability to explain processes clearly
- Clear, professional spoken and written English
- Comfortable teaching clients on camera and working independently
- Course creation, SOP writing, or educational content experience is a plus
- Cold email marketing experience is helpful but not required
Role details
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- Remote and open worldwide
- Flexible eight-hour shift within our operating window
- Starting compensation: $6,000 per month
- Performance bonus: up to 20%
- Reports directly to the COO
- Hiring five people and starting as soon as possible
