The problem encountered this Tuesday, the solution to which was apparently provided with version 2.9.0.14348, did not resolve the problem.

Our users are still experiencing significant slowdowns following an increase in CPU when activating the extension and using gmail.

Can you see please ?

Hello @FrenchUser, Happy Friday!

Thank you for posting in our Community!

To troubleshoot, I would recommend the following steps:

1. Disable all other Chrome extensions temporarily to see if the high CPU usage persists.

2. Try clearing your browser cache and cookies to ensure no conflicts are causing the issue.

3. Make sure that you’re using the latest version of the HubSpot Chrome Extension. If not, update it to the latest version.

4. If the issue persists, you can try reinstalling the HubSpot Chrome Extension to ensure a fresh installation.

If the problem continues, please provide any additional details or error messages you’re encountering, and I’ll do my best to assist you further.

Kindly,

Pam
