As HubSpot instances grow, the association picker becomes cluttered with dozens of object types that users never use.
In our case, users only associate records with a handful of objects (Companies, Contacts, Deals, Tickets), but the association window still shows every available object, resulting in unnecessary scrolling and slower navigation.
Feature request:
- Allow admins to hide specific object types from the association picker.
- Allow admins to reorder or favourite common object types.
- Optionally support visibility by role/team.
This would make the association experience much cleaner and more efficient for users in larger HubSpot environments.
