I’d like there to be a way to hide emails from a given email address or subject from the activity/email feed. For example, we send our users platform notifications via emails, and these are all sent from [team@riipen.com](mailto:team@riipen.com). We do want these emails logged in the HubSpot contact, but most of the time we don’t need to actually see them. I’d like to be able to filter out all emails from that address. I love this idea. Sometimes it takes a bit to load the page when there’s a lot of activities. We have a lot of transactional emails when customers place orders. It would be nice if we could hide these, making it easier to find other emails. ---

We would love to be able to filter out all of the Service communication from/to our support@ or service@ e-mail address. In some cases this is good to see for our sales team, but in many situations this is just too much noise. ---

Im interested in this for legal ediscovery use cases. We want users to see all email comms to/from contacts, however some emails contain sensitive data and we would want to hide those from view for specific teams. Example: a customer emails our support inbox which generates a ticket, but they included their credit card information in the message. We should be able to tag the email which prevents it from being seen by reps but still shows up for other teams (managers, legal, etc.). ---

Ran into a use case for this today. We are using Hubspot to support internal IT tickets where there is information that may be more sensitive; as in onboarding and off boarding staff.
