Adding hidden fields to meeting forms would solve this tracking issue effectively. It ensures data integrity by preventing users from altering reseller codes, just like in regular forms—definitely a needed feature for accurate attribution. superbearadvapk.com

Please add this Hubspot!
Because HubSpot’s tracking abilities re meetings links is so extremely limited, this seems like it would be an essential feature for the meetings tool and a good middle-ground solution until they’re able to create a better analyze tool for meetings links. HubSpot: this seems like a no-brainer to get added ASAP. Would be so beneficial across so many industries.
This would be incredibly useful. Meetings should behave more like actual forms!
This needs to happen. It’s been almost 6 years since the original post, and we don’t have the solution from HubSpot. Even developers can’t custom code a meetings link page to prevent fields from showing.
We need this as well. We use utm parameters to track who on our team sets the call, and without a hidden field option, we don’t have a good way of collecting this w/o having the setter go in and add themselves manually to a record.
Hi everyone,
I’m Melissa, the Product Manager for HubSpot’s Meetings tool.
At this time there are no plans to build hidden fields in the meetings forms. We do get a lot of feedback around the difference between the meeting booking forms used to schedule meetings and how they compare to the more advanced forms that you have available to you in HubSpot. In the future, we would love to consider making it possible to allow you to choose a HubSpot Form to use for your meeting bookings so that you get all the functionality like hidden fields, ability to change labels, conditional logic, etc., instead of us continuing to add new capabilities to the meeting booking form but it continuing to be behind in functionality compared to HubSpot Forms.
This is not to say that this idea will never be developed, just that there are no plans to do so at this time. When we do have the capacity to prioritize improvements in this area, we intend to prioritize improvements across meeting booking forms as a whole to bring parity with HubSpot Forms.

Echoing the need here. Currently using a workaround of a workflow to enrich certain fields but doesnt address all use cases of hidden fields, specifically UTM fields.
