I usually place in the subject e.g. "John re: my voice today 1:23 re:
(whatever subject matter) obviously the time is very close to the actual
time.
That brings them back to the time of the voicemail as a reminder to listen
if they haven’t. Does it work? no. But haha. But its my thing. Willing to
hear better ideas.
Hi RCcay,
My tip is to test everything you can—subjects, CTA buttons, design, sending time, and a newsletter with more topics vs. a single email covering a single topic. This way, you’ll understand better what your audience likes the best, and you’ll be able to craft emails with high engagement.
Also, use personalization whenever you can. We all love it when the email hits the right spot, and with a good CRM tool connected with your ESP, you can really know your audience’s needs.
Keep the email body text short and to the point. Use bullets when listing more than two things, and bold important parts in the text.

Hi! recently I realice that if you have an idea on something, test it!! sometimes (well always haha) they key is to test things and see what works the best for you, each niche, company and contacts work different, testing things constantly is a great way to learn.
