Hello,
I have tried to find a way how to close my chatbot as default after user clicks hyperlinks.
So the idea is that when our bot opens and it offers couple options as hyperlinks, if user goes to our contact us -page, i would like to set chatbot closed as default.
On mobile it looks very dumb when you offer them to contact us, and then it just opens the chat again, but not really ask anything.

Thanks for the tag @BérangèreL. @JPaananen I don’t know of a way to close the bot once something within it gets clicked, unfortunately.
I did look at a chatflow, and you can use the “conact property” of “last page seen” as a branch. It’s possible that if you use that and include page is “contact us,” then it might close the chat. I did not fully test this, but that’s what I’d try.
If it doesn’t work, I’d definitely add this as a feature request in the ideas forum here. That could be a good suggestion for the product team to consider.
