# Helpdesk needs the Send & Close option

We recently migrated our emails to Helpdesk and there is no “Send & Close” button anymore.

With the high volume of emails that we receive, it actually wastes time having to send the email and then manually close each ticket. The flow of working through items is disrupted and not efficient for us.

Please add the “Send and Close” feature to Helpdesk Urgently.

Was just talking about this today with my team. Urgently needed simple enhancement.
