Branches are always evaluated from left to right. Whichever branch criteria are met first, that’s the path a record will pursue. If a record meets criteria of multiple branches, only the first will matter.
Rerouting is possible, yes, using “Go to action”. (When you click the + sign to add an action, it’s one of the four tiles. You can however not go to an earlier step if that creates a loop.
Alternatively, simply use another branch, check for the click again and repeat placing some of the actions below.
