# Help with IMAP setup

Mi nombre es Valentina y puedo ayudarte en español. ¿Seguiste los pasos en [este artículo](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/es/getting-started-with-the-hubspot-crm-free/how-to-connect-your-inbox-with-the-hubspot-crm) para conectar tu cuenta con IMAP? La última sección indica las instrucciones para conexiones IMAP.  
Si estás teniendo inconvenientes con ese proceso, te recomiendo revisar [este listado de requerimientos técnicos](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/es/articles/kcs_article/email-notifications/what-are-the-technical-requirements-for-connecting-my-inbox-to-hubspot-with-imap) para poder hacer la conexión entre tu bandeja de entrada IMAP y HubSpot.
